How do we cut out the middle man paid per click?

I know how paid per click and paid traffic works from buyer perspective. But does anyone know how people get the traffic to send in the first place? I mean do they just simply get a better price and resell it to us or do they actually know a way to get the traffic to send us?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what you mean. There is no middle man in PPC. PPC networks are able to drive traffic to your site because they have people (usually called "publishers) that post your ads on their sites. These are usually bloggers.

You pay the PPC network for traffic to your site, and the "publishers" who publish your ads get paid for doing so.

If you are advertiser you should understand that publishers have different traffic. It may be one site or millions, targeting traffic or not. And publishers choose what traffic they want send.

Simply,PPC is the techniques which help you to drive the huge traffic towards your websites. PPC is the paid advertising where you can post your ads to the PPC network. I don't even hear about the middle man pay per click.
