Using trademarked names in social media marketing

hello, if i promote affilorama in facebook/instagram ad. should i consider the trademark? In google adwords they do not allow to put trademarked name (here affilorama) in the ad link ?
so i cannot directly put affilorama.com in the google ad ?

 I am not really sure of the rules in Google or social media sites but if you worry about the trademark name within the direct link, you can instead use redirect links or you can indirectly send your visitors to your landing page first.

 If you want to trademark your brand then you can use trademarked names in social media marketing.

 It is better to use customized landing pages in order to avoid any kind of issues. Probably there are no consequences from the social media platform you are using, but it can be confusing for example for your potential customers. Btw where are you advertising?

 According to the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure, you can trademark a hashtag if it is used to promote or sell a product or service. This means that in order to trademark a hashtag, you must demonstrate to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) that the hashtag is used in this capacity.

 You can put affilorama.com in the google ad unless affillorama itself are not promoting it directly with this ad and allow this anyways. You should ask affilorama.com first. If all is fine - then please use that all for example. Do good and that's it.
