 Being a person who suffers from anxiety and insomnia, I'm ready to try anything to solve the problem, or at least feel relief. Of course, I take my Canadian Pharmacy pills regularly, but it would be great to find a way to get rid of my symptoms without medications. Thanks for this information! I read about sound therapy but never tried it. I guess it is high time to do this.
