 Yes, Guest blogging is still beneficial for SEO. It is best for traffic, keywords ranking, backlink. But you have to post it on the correct way.

 It is no-Follow backlinks. But you can get visitor from Guest post.

 It's still working. But now Guest post is No-Follow backlinks. If you do this properly then you can get a lot of visitor from Guest Posting.

 Few update ago Google declared that Gust posting is a No-Follow Backlinks. So it is not much effective for your website.

Not all guest posting are no follow. Also, guest posting when done right, even if the backlink is a no follow, it still offers value to your website for referral traffic :)

It was effective, But some days ago Google confirms that is Guest posting is totally valueless.
