Google Meta Info - Making it more relevant and readable?

You can try entering a little blurb in the <meta description> tag at the top of your page. It's a bit of a gamble as to whether Google actually displays this... I think it goes "if it's relevant to the search term, then there's a chance they'll display it. If there's text further down your page that looks more relevant, then chances are they'll display that."

That's just my understanding. It certainly won't hurt to try.

what if my site doesn't have a <meta description> in the code?
I have meta name and content, but no meta description

I put my description in the meta description tag and use the keyword in the description. Every one of my pages so far has that description in the google search results.

You should really find out how to put the meta description tag into your code using front page.

I'm no html code guy but the code seems simple enough: <meta NAME="Description" Content="Put your description here">

Does front page allow you to play with the code? If so you can look at the page source on other
sites and experiment a little. It's a great way to start learning code :)
