Professionally I used to like SEM Rush for this purpose. It's the best one.

 No doubt SEM Rush is my first choice. As well as ahrefs, Moz, Alexa, Google keyword planner are a good also.

 Well, I would personally recommend Ahrefs to get a competitor backlinks.

 Ahref is hands down the best tool to check competitors backlinks, it is available in free as well as paid version, the only drawback in paid version is you don't get results in detail and you can only check top 100 backlinks of your competitors. The other best alternative is SEMRUSH.

 For me, Ahrefs is still the best tool for scouting competitors' backlinks. Speaking of backlinks, I have been selling guest posts on Kallisto and have been making a good amount so far.
