 I did marketing for a company that had a decent Facebook following for a B2B business at the time. No Twitter, no Instagram. They had a YouTube channel, but didn't have any content you would want to watch. Their FB page was ranked just below their website. All-in-all, the more platforms you're on, and the more content you make, the better.
