Can I market in more than one country? How would I do it?

Need some help,
With me being from the UK and having a .com site which will be selling / reviewing products from an American site the products will be in dollars and this will probably put people off from the UK. Do I have to just market to one country or can I market to another country as well ie. UK? How would I then market to the UK? This probably doesn't makes sense but I will post it anyway.

 MacDee1823 - Not sure I understand your concern but I'll take a stab at it.
Marketers from all over the world market to different countries so I don't see a problem unless the affiliate program your promoting doesn't accept UK marketers.

If you think that UK consumers would be turned off by a .com why not use a .uk domain extension and in your review you can convert the product's purchase price from dollars to pounds.

If your site is online you can market to any country in the world..... if you are referring to Adwords, then choose both UK and United States for your advertising countries. Australia, Canada, and New Zealand are great ones too.

 I don't think people in the UK are turned off by .com sites. I've sold quite a bit of stuff to people from the UK. I bet if I did some stats, it would be about the same proportion as what I've sold to the US.

 Orite lads,

Its my website, I am an affiliate for bodybuilding.com and all there products are in dollars and I just thought that people who are from UK will be put off either by the dollars or by the shipping fees. I will try and get a .co.uk domain and see how it goes. I will try and find another site like bodybuilding.com that is uk based aswell and have both.

 No idea. In Australia, only registered businesses can get .com.au domains, I'm not sure if it's the same for .co.uk.
