Pay Per Lead Affiliate Programs

I would like to know what are the best ways to promote Pay Per Lead affiliate programs? Thank you.

 I don't really see how it could be too different to pay-per-sale. Its a matter of getting traffic to your site that converts well, which is what Mark teaches in his videos.

Do you have any more specific questions because they would be easier to answer.
