Numbers not showing in my affiliate account

Hi, my name is Kamari. I am new to affiliate marketing. I am promoting a link for CPA Prosperity through Facebook which has reached 1714 people and has had 114 post engagements. When I go to my CPA Prosperity account, it shows I only have 11 clicks, which I am pretty sure is from me testing their link and trying to figure out why it's not tracking my facebook numbers. I'm getting their ad engaged with and paying for it, but not receiving any payment or even seeing that anyone has clicked the link through my CPA Prosperity app. I messaged my CPA Prosperity account manager, who usually responds in a few hours or the next day about this issue, and she hasn't responded for about 4 days now. I paused the ad because I'm not sure how to fix this and don't want to keep spending money that I barely have. Someone help please!

 Hi Kamari,

Is the ad advertising your FB page or directly CPA prosperity? When Facebook said: the ad reached 1714 people and 114 post engagements, it means that 1714 people has been reached with your ad. The post engagement on the other hand and according to FaceBook: is "when people perform actions on your page (not ad). They may like a post, click on a link or comment on an image for example. With Facebook Insights, engagement is defined as post clicks, likes, shares and comments." For post engagement, it DOES NOT only mean post clicks, it can also mean FB likes, shares, or comments.

 Thanks for the reply I didn't know all of that. The ad is being ran through my Facebook page, but the link is the one CPA Prosperity gave me and would take them directly to the page to sign for a free trial. My CPA Prosperity affiliate ID is within this link, but still it only shows 11 clicks. I even got a free trial from my friend's phone to see if I would be paid and it didn't change the number of clicks or anything.

 It is better to wait for the vendor's response about your aff link tracking. You may also want to track the link using a redirect link such as Google Shortener so you would know the number of clicks made.
