Is building and selling niche websites profitable?

Hello

I'm research whether creating niche websites on profitable topics and selling them before they are earning is possible?

Like a website with a decent domain, with some PLR content with images and videos, with good design which can be monetized.

Is there potential to sell a PLR blog based on WordPress like this? Or am I wasting my time?

 I think this niche is quite profitable, too. But you have to do it right, and you have to take it seriously. Because users will immediately understand if you do something wrong or don't put enough effort into it. Analyze and find out what sites are now highly successful, what their design and content. And then perhaps you'll be able to do something of high quality and worth.

 It's pretty profitable work. It all depends on your skill and how good your niche sites will be. If you can create such sites very quickly, you can earn good money. You have no limitations, only your diligence, and skill.

 If you can rank a competitive niche website for high difficulty Keywords then you can make fortune overnight by flipping it. But it all depends on how profitable and how much scalable that niche is.

 Niche sites are, in my opinion, the easiest places to make money online, but you should be aware that the situation today is vastly different than what it was 2-3 years ago.

You could find a keyword, get an exact-match domain, create a blog, spam some backlinks, and rank #1 in Google back then. This is no longer the case, as such methods would not get you anywhere.

 How Much Money Can You Make From Niche Websites? You can make anywhere from a few hundred dollars a month to well over six figures a year with niche sites. I personally know people making over $50,000 a month with their niche sites (but those results are not typical).
