Hey Macleon. I recommend using the All In One Webmaster tools Plugin. You can add Google analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Yahoo Site exporer, and several other tracking tools all in one easy to use place.

Go to Appearance > Theme Options > Whole Page then paste the analytics code into the "Custom Scripts" field of the Affilotheme if you don't want to use the All In One Webmaster tools Plugin :)

Hi

I had the same question and I'm using Supermassive and you don't get the "Whole Page" option, just header and footer.

I put the tracking code in the header and got verified but the site look a mess, so I have to remove it and I gather you're meant to keep it there to stay verified.

Any help appreciated,

All the best
