Search engines like Google have a problem. It's called 'duplicate content.' Duplicate content means that similar content is being shown on multiple locations (URLs) on the web. As a result, search engines don't know which URL to show in the search results. This can hurt the ranking of a webpage.

Google doesn't like duplicate content and it is not just about copying content from any other website, but also same content on your own website.

Google will not rank copied content, and if it founds a lot of copied content it will demote all content on your site.

Duplicate content can impact search engine rankings. By re-posting your content you also run the risk of being penalized by Google.
