Is SEO Dead?

I'm working in the marketing industry for the past 8 years. I have worked with many agencies, and most of them usually suggest to use social media marketing and google ads, because those are low hanging fruit. If you want to position your website for keywords you need to work at least for 6 months to position it.

If you don't have enough knowledge, get SEO training before hiring an SEO agency. Training will give a fair understanding of SEO project timelines, budget & collaboration with other marketing streams such as Social and search ads.

It is a win-win situation for agencies and brands.

No, SEO isn't dead. But in 2019 it seems like SEO's are the helpless cause of back to back google algorithm updates.

Even though the whispers are generally false, they do hold kernels of truth. While SEO isn't dead, over the years, elements of it have either died or evolved into something totally new. As a result, outdated SEO tactics can now actively kill your rankings.

Does SEO Really Matter Anymore? ... If you work in the hospitality industry (or just about any other industry), you might have asked yourself if SEO is as important as it once was. The truth is, yes, SEO is every bit as important as it's always been.

No Seo is not dead. It is totally changed and new techniques are introduced to get top rankings in google. Most of the people using old tactics and they are not getting proper results and if you follow the latest tactics definitely it will work and one more thing disturbing the results are frequent google algorithm updates

They do possess kernels of fact Though the whispers are untrue. Even though SEO is not lifeless , through time, elements of it's died or evolved into something entirely new. Consequently, obsolete SEO approaches are now able to actively kill your positions.

I think it's even more cool for that topic anyway. You will definitely get some results over it. In past like 10 years ago somebody could post some website on the web on free domain and starting getting traffic right away from it without any problems totally. Today it's survival of the fittest.
